About Kathy
I’m a psychotherapist and visual storyteller committed to sharing stories that inspire, educate, and support conservation. The iconic animals of East Africa, particularly elephants, have profoundly impacted my work. I am attracted to the wisdom of indigenous cultures and love wandering off the beaten path.
As an advocate for conservation I hope my stories and images will encourage others to protect wildlife and choose sustainable choices when they travel. I believe people and nature are inextricably linked. When we save wild places, we save ourselves.
My wildlife images have appeared in articles, annual reports, and press releases such as The Guardian, Africa Geographic, The Sarara Foundation, Save Giraffes Now and Wildlife Direct. When I’m not traveling or seeing clients, I’m at home with my husband and family in Southern Ontario, Canada. There is much to celebrate in my life.
